Role Overview:
The Senior Social Media & Growth Manager will be responsible for building, running, and scaling a digital brand across all social platforms. This is a results-oriented role where success is measured by traffic, engagement, and top-of-funnel ROI, rather than just posting frequency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Stack Content Creation: Source, curate, and create high-impact video content using CapCut and AI tools like HeyGen.
- UGC & AI Strategy: Leverage User Generated Content and AI-driven video scaling to create an authentic, high-frequency presence for the powerline career brand.
- Growth Ownership: Take full authority over the content calendar, ensuring every post serves a strategic purpose in driving traffic to the pre-apprenticeship program.
- Analytics & ROI Reporting: Track performance with a focus on conversion metrics. You must be able to prove how social activity is translating into "top-of-funnel" leads.
- Brand Scaling: Actively look for trends and opportunities to "viralize" the powerline industry narrative to attract new students.
Requirements:
- Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in CapCut (video editing) and HeyGen (UGC/AI scaling).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving actual business results (ROI), not just "likes" or "follower counts."
- Self-Starter: The ability to work with "full authority" and move fast without constant hand-holding.
- Portfolio: Must provide samples of high-engagement video content and/or case studies showing traffic growth.
