This multi-faceted operation manages properties on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, creating a fast-paced and engaging environment where you’ll support multiple business streams.

You’ll be at the heart of daily operations, managing key administrative functions that keep both the rental and cleaning divisions running smoothly. This role blends platform management, customer communication, and operational support, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to directly impact guest and client experiences.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the ZenMaid platform for cleaning business operations and staff scheduling

  • Handle administrative tasks across Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com platforms

  • Conduct outbound calls to book vendor services (e.g., window cleaning, maintenance)

  • Monitor multiple systems to identify discrepancies or issues requiring action

  • Perform general administrative duties and manage incoming business inquiries

  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and service providers via phone and email

  • Support day-to-day operations across both short-term rental and cleaning divisions

  • Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple platforms and tools

 

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and strong initiative

  • Confidence handling phone-based communication and customer service interactions

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Bonus if you have experience with property management or booking platforms
