Job Description: You’ll be the creative engine behind a content multiplication strategy that transforms one video into 15+ pieces of engaging social media content. This isn’t just editing—you’ll be implementing proven engagement tactics like pattern interrupts and hook variations that directly impact the bottom line. You’ll work with a team that understands the power of strategic content creation and gives you the creative freedom to optimize for performance while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Create 5+ different versions of each video with varying hooks and openings to maximize engagement
- Generate 10+ pieces of short-form content from single source clips using strategic editing techniques
- Implement pattern interrupts every 3 seconds using different clips and visual elements to maintain viewer attention
- Edit videos using CapCut desktop software following established brand guidelines and UGC aesthetic
- Incorporate provided copywriting, hooks, and B-roll footage into cohesive, engaging video content
- Collaborate through Frame.io for streamlined feedback and revision cycles
- Deliver batched content on weekly schedules based on 1-2 week production cycles
- Learn and apply brand-specific visual elements and B-roll library over time
- Maintain consistency across all content while optimizing for platform-specific performance
- Scale editing processes to support increasing content volume as the business grows
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CapCut desktop software for video editing and content creation
- Experience with Frame.io or similar collaborative feedback platforms
- Understanding of social media content strategy, particularly TikTok and Instagram best practices
- Ability to create multiple content variations from single source material efficiently
- Experience with pattern interrupt editing techniques and quick-cut styles that drive engagement
- Strong attention to brand guidelines while maintaining creative flexibility
- Bonus if you have experience with UGC-style content creation and e-commerce marketing
