Join a growing social media agency that produces high-performing organic content for brands across multiple industries. As client demand increases, the agency is expanding into paid advertising—creating an exciting opportunity for a paid social specialist to help shape this next phase of growth.

You’ll be responsible for scaling top-performing organic content through strategic paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok. Working with budgets ranging from $50/day to $5,000/month, you’ll have the autonomy to decide which content deserves paid amplification and how budgets should be allocated for maximum impact. This is a flexible, results-driven role where your expertise will directly influence brand visibility and engagement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok

  • Identify high-performing organic content suitable for paid promotion

  • Allocate and manage ad budgets ranging from $50/day to $5,000/month per brand

  • Replace underperforming creatives with fresh content to maintain performance

  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and implement optimization strategies

  • Work with pre-created organic content provided by the creative team

  • Maximize reach and engagement across multiple brand ad accounts

  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with varying budget levels

 

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising

  • Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Experience running campaigns on TikTok Ads

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data

  • Experience managing and allocating budgets across multiple campaigns

  • Bonus: Experience managing multiple brand accounts at once

  • Helpful: Understanding of organic content metrics to guide paid promotion
