Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong Xero expertise to manage the company’s financial records and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires hands-on experience in Xero, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting management with timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Xero
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable in Xero
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure accurate coding of transactions and expenses
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Support internal and external audits
• Prepare tax-related reports and documentation as required
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant with hands-on Xero experience, with AU back ground ( Non- negotiable)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with international clients
