Job Description:

You’ll play a vital role in supporting essential safety compliance work by handling the administrative backbone of electrical inspections. • Receive inspection data and photos via WhatsApp from field technicians
• Input electrical inspection information into web-based compliance forms
• Process approximately 10 forms daily (5 minutes each) as they arrive throughout the day
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all safety documentation
• Respond promptly to incoming inspection data during business hours
• Ensure all forms are completed and submitted according to compliance requirements
• Communicate any questions or issues clearly via WhatsApp
• Support the seamless flow of critical safety inspection processes

 

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of data entry experience with strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and comfortable working remotely
• Available during Australian business hours (8am-4pm Melbourne time)
• Proficient with WhatsApp and web-based applications
