Job Description:

You’ll serve as both executive assistant and strategic project manager for a successful entrepreneur juggling multiple high-impact ventures. This isn’t your typical admin role – you’ll be the organizational quarterback who helps transform ideas into structured action plans. You’ll work directly with someone who appreciates intelligence and initiative, giving you exposure to diverse business opportunities while building systems that drive real results. This role offers significant learning potential and the chance to be a strategic partner rather than just a task executor.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prioritize multiple entrepreneurial projects and business initiatives
  • Develop strategic plans of attack and coordinate execution across various ventures
  • Manage administrative tasks including outreach coordination, calendar management, and appointment scheduling
  • Handle personal administrative duties such as booking travel, researching accommodations, and managing reservations
  • Proactively anticipate needs and help maintain momentum on key deadlines and commitments
  • Serve as the central coordination point for multiple moving parts across different business ventures
  • Collaborate on strategic priorities and help structure the client’s various projects and ideas
  • Manage correspondence and communication across different business development activities

 

Requirements:

  • Extremely organized and methodical approach to work with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs and think strategically about priorities
  • Excellent communication skills for managing outreach, correspondence, and coordination
  • Experience or strong interest in project management and organizational systems
  • Ability to work independently while providing strategic support and accountability
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt to varied, non-repetitive work across different industries
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
  • Bonus if you have experience supporting executives or entrepreneurs in dynamic business environments
