Appointment Setter

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, 9 AM – 6 PM EST); Monday to Friday

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (New York)

Client Overview: A growing solar energy company transitioning from installation services to full-scale operations. They’re expanding their business model to control the entire customer journey from lead generation through installation. This is an exciting opportunity to join during their growth phase as they scale their sales operations and build their offshore team.

Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in helping homeowners discover clean energy solutions while supporting a company’s ambitious expansion. As an appointment setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential solar customers, setting the foundation for life-changing energy solutions. You’ll work directly with business owners who are committed to your success and offer performance-based bonuses for your achievements.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to potential solar energy customers using provided contact lists
  • Set qualified appointments for local sales representatives to meet with prospects
  • Use company-provided dialer software and lead management systems
  • Participate in weekly training and strategy meetings via Zoom with business owners
  • Track and report on daily call activity and appointment setting metrics
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm scheduled appointments
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment setting targets

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in appointment setting or telemarketing
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using dialer software and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Bonus if you have experience in solar energy or home improvement industries
  • It helps if you’re familiar with lead qualification processes
