Administrative Officer (with Data Entry Skills)

Job Highlights:

  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Singapore Time with 30-minute paid break. (7 hours per day/35 hours per week).

 

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support operational and administrative functions. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure smooth office operations and provide administrative support, while also handling accurate data entry tasks as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office and operational processes.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to staff, clients, and services.

  • Perform data entry, updating, and validation across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and summaries using Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Coordinate schedules, assignments, and administrative follow-ups with internal teams.

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as email coordination, document preparation, and record management.

  • Support operational teams with ad hoc administrative and data-related tasks as required.

  • Identify inefficiencies or data gaps and proactively suggest improvements to administrative processes.

 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience in an Administrative Officer or administrative support role (2 to 5 years).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a top priority, including the ability to manage spreadsheets, trackers, and basic reporting.

  • Demonstrated experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new information effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processes.

  • Highly responsible, reliable, and organized, with strong time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office or similar tools.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Familiarity with service-based or operational environments is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in administrative and data-related tasks.
