Travel Product & Content Specialist

Overview

This role is for someone who genuinely loves travel—not just writing about it, but thinking through how journeys actually work. You’ll help design premium travel experiences from the ground up: shaping itineraries, refining routes, telling compelling destination stories, and making sure every trip feels both inspiring and realistic. This is a role where human judgment, curiosity, and creativity matter. If you enjoy researching destinations, spotting what makes a great itinerary better than an average one, and writing content that feels thoughtful and alive, you’ll feel at home here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research destinations and design well-structured travel itineraries

  • Review competitor tours to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Think through travel pacing, routing, inclusions, and overall experience

  • Write clear, engaging tour descriptions and destination content

  • Create blog or long-form travel content that blends inspiration with practicality

  • Contribute thoughtful LinkedIn content related to travel and destinations

  • Review and refine system-generated itineraries using real-world travel logic

  • Identify and fix timing, routing, or sequencing issues in trip plans

  • Add a human, traveler-focused touch to itineraries and content

  • Tailor trips to different traveler types (e.g., honeymoons, themed travel, interest-based trips) using provided guidelines

Requirements

  • Strong written English and a natural, human storytelling style

  • Genuine interest in travel and how trips are planned

  • Familiarity with multiple travel regions (depth in a few regions is preferred over surface-level knowledge of many)

  • Ability to think logically about travel time, sequencing, and feasibility

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

  • Comfortable researching destinations and organizing information

  • Willingness to learn systems, processes, and travel frameworks provided

Nice to Have (but not required):

  • Experience writing travel, lifestyle, or long-form content

  • Background in itinerary planning, tourism, or travel research

  • Experience creating professional LinkedIn or editorial-style content
