Overview:
Support a dynamic residential community through administrative and property management tasks. Serve as the primary communication bridge between residents, vendors, and board members, helping transform the community into a modern, efficient operational model.
Responsibilities

Act as primary liaison between residents, vendors, and board members for repair requests and community issues

Coordinate vendor relationships and manage ongoing community improvement projects (e.g., pool/spa systems, structural enhancements)

Research and establish relationships with new service providers for utilities, waste management, and maintenance

Use Buildium property management software for document management, financial record organization, and resident ticketing

Provide regular project updates and community communications to keep residents informed

Handle emergency vendor coordination situations, including weekend emergencies when possible

Ensure compliance with state regulations through quarterly and annual review processes

Generate detailed weekly reports on task completion and time allocation for board review
Requirements

Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish with emphasis on responsiveness and professionalism

Property management or homeowners association experience strongly preferred

Comfort with learning new software platforms, specifically property management systems

Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent projects

Professional phone presence for vendor outreach and resident communication

Flexible availability within a 20-hour work week to accommodate board schedules and occasional urgent situations

Bonus: experience with community association regulations or vendor management

Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and phone-based communication is helpful
Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.
