Scope:
- Long-term ongoing employment opportunity (not project-based)

Responsibilities:
- Handle diverse bookkeeping tasks across multiple areas of the business
- Learn and adapt to the company’s specific business processes and operations
- Manage accounts using QuickBooks as the primary accounting software
- Communicate regularly with the team through Google Chat and email systems
- Participate in Google Meets and other virtual meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate financial records and support overall accounting operations
- Work collaboratively to ensure smooth financial operations during transition period
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong proficiency and high-level of competency in QuickBooks Online (mandatory requirement)
- Strong foundation in accounting principles
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience working remotely and using digital communication tools
- Ability to work Central Time zone hours (9am-5pm Central)
- Willingness to learn company-specific processes and adapt to diverse tasks
- Professional experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Chat, Google Meets)
- Strong commitment to long-term contract
