Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & CRM Support Specialist to support our operations through accurate data entry and timely administrative work. This role focuses on maintaining CRM data, handling non-client-facing customer service tasks, and ensuring internal systems remain organized and up to date. The ideal candidate is reliable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working time-sensitive tasks during Ireland business hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual data entry and administrative tasks during extended hours (12pm-9pm or 9am-5pm and weekends)
- Manage and update CRM records and customer information
- Handle non-client-facing customer service tasks
- Learn and operate the company’s proprietary software systems
- Coordinate daily with 1-2 team members on administrative matters
- Execute straightforward but time-sensitive admin work
- Maintain data accuracy and system organisation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (required)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms preferred)
- Strong customer service background and professional communication skills
- Ability to work Ireland time zone hours (12pm-9pm or 9am-5pm) and weekends
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer setup
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
