Full-time remote outbound calling role supporting U.S.-based business financing operations, including Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and equipment financing. The role focuses on high-volume outbound calls for qualification purposes, not closing, and is ideal for professionals experienced in B2B finance or similar outbound environments.

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Hit targets for high-volume outbound calls using provided dialers, tools, and lead lists

  • Engage business owners in professional, qualification-focused conversations

  • Address objections clearly and calmly, including late-stage hesitation

  • Use a structured, permission-based conversational approach aligned with compliance

  • Ask qualifying questions and route qualified prospects appropriately

  • Maintain accurate call notes, dispositions, and outcomes in the CRM

  • Follow established workflows, compliance guidelines, and internal processes

  • Maintain consistent call quality and professionalism during high-volume dialing

Requirements

  • Prior outbound cold-calling experience in MCA, equipment financing, or similar B2B finance environments

  • Demonstrated ability to sustain high call volumes

  • Strong live objection-handling skills

  • Clear spoken English with professional phone presence

  • Experience using CRMs and outbound dialing tools

  • Ability to work independently in a structured remote setup

  • Strong attention to detail when documenting calls and outcomes

  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.
