Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute monthly time tracking reports to help team members monitor project hours and client allocations
- Manage complete new employee onboarding process including paperwork distribution, system access setup, and documentation completion
- Research, coordinate and book quarterly team events including venue sourcing, vendor outreach, and quote collection
- Compile monthly client activity reports using existing templates, summarizing work completed and key deliverables
- Conduct targeted research projects on competitor companies and industry trends as directed by the marketing team
- Support event planning initiatives including venue research and vendor coordination for company events
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and team efficiency
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or similar support roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite and Teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Professional demeanor suitable for client-facing communications
- Bonus if you have experience with project management tools like Trello
