Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to property management companies, cleaning companies, and business decision-makers

  • Qualify leads by identifying needs, timelines, and decision authority

  • Perform consistent follow-ups via phone and email to nurture prospects

  • Schedule appointments or hand off qualified opportunities to leadership

  • Accurately enter and update prospect and activity data in HubSpot CRM

  • Track call outcomes, notes, and next steps to maintain a clean sales pipeline

  • Communicate daily progress, updates, and insights with the team via Slack

  • Adapt to new tools, scripts, and outreach strategies as processes evolve

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or cold calling

  • Strong verbal communication skills with confidence speaking to decision-makers

  • Ability to handle objections and guide conversations toward next steps

  • Experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry and follow-ups

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Comfortable learning new tools and working in a tech-enabled environment

  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.
