Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Ads Specialist with hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and experienced in performance marketing, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Perform audience targeting, keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing

Monitor performance metrics and optimize accordingly

Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend effectively

Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and messaging

Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics

Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights

Stay updated on advertising trends and platform changes
Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager

Solid understanding of PPC strategy, bidding, and audience targeting
