Ads Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

Schedule:

Full-time (35 hours/week) Wednesday to Sunday 7 hours per day with 1 hour unpaid break Melbourne timezone

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Ads Specialist with hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and experienced in performance marketing, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, conversions, and overall campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Perform audience targeting, keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing

  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize accordingly

  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend effectively

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and messaging

  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics

  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights

  • Stay updated on advertising trends and platform changes

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager

  • Solid understanding of PPC strategy, bidding, and audience targeting

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
