Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative tasks supporting operations and management teams

  • Manage calendar scheduling and coordination across multiple team members

  • Learn and work with Ario photography management software and other industry tools

  • Communicate effectively via Slack with distributed team members

  • Support basic bookkeeping projects and financial administrative tasks

  • Download, organize, and manage data files and operational workflows

  • Assist with day-to-day processes that keep a high-volume business running

  • Adapt quickly to new software systems and operational procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative experience with established companies

  • Strong English communication skills for internal collaboration

  • Proven ability to learn new software systems quickly and independently

  • Experience with calendar management, scheduling, and coordination

  • Detail-oriented approach to administrative and data management tasks

  • Bonus: basic bookkeeping knowledge or experience

  • Bonus: comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
