Overview
We are looking for a reliable and results-driven Appointment Setter to support a growing Texas-based services company. This role focuses on outbound calling and appointment setting for both commercial restaurant services and residential home services. You will work closely with the sales team to connect with qualified leads and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads for restaurant kitchen exhaust and ventilation services

• Contact residential prospects for driveway and roofing services

• Schedule appointments for the sales team with decision makers

• Conduct calls during optimal hours before restaurant opening times (8am–12pm)

• Handle both new customer outreach and follow-up or retention calls

• Utilize CRM and calling systems (Pipedrive and RingCentral CX) to manage and track calls

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions and appointment outcomes

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required)

• Previous experience in outbound calling or appointment setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using CRM systems and VoIP calling platforms

• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8am–12pm Central Time

• Understanding of restaurant industry timing and business operations

• Experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems is an advantage

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
