Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, Flexible during client business hours, 20 hours per week, Queensland AU time-zone
Duration: 3 months (initial contract) with a strong possibility to transition to regular part time arrangement after 3 months

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Xero Expert to support a temporary project focused on Xero system setup, invoicing, and inventory management integration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Xero, particularly in invoicing and inventory workflows, and will help streamline financial processes for the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Xero accounting software for invoicing and inventory management

• Manage ongoing invoicing and inventory tasks within Xero

• Integrate Xero with Zoho CRM (preferred) to enable seamless data flow and process automation

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Xero setup and integration

• Collaborate closely with client teams to understand requirements and deliver timely solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in Xero setup, with a strong focus on invoicing and inventory management

• Experience integrating Xero with Zoho CRM is highly preferred

• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and provide clear updates

• Ability to work independently and manage a 20-hour per week schedule over a 3-month project

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in similar project-based roles

• Familiarity with inventory management best practices within accounting software

• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with diverse teams
