Role Name: Customer Service Support

Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with one hour of unpaid break

Job Description: 

You’ll be the vital bridge between international students and their educational goals, providing expert guidance that transforms confusion into clarity and dreams into reality. This role combines the deep satisfaction of helping students navigate complex admissions requirements with the excitement of building meaningful relationships through both supportive conversations and proactive outreach. Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from international students seeking guidance on university applications and admissions processes
  • Make strategic outbound calls to follow up on online form submissions from university webpages
  • Conduct effective cold calling and engage with hot leads to convert prospects into enrolled students
  • Provide patient, detailed explanations of application compliance policies and requirements
  • Answer complex questions about admissions procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines
  • Maintain professional, culturally sensitive communication with students from diverse backgrounds
  • Follow up consistently on student inquiries and track application progress
  • Collaborate with team members to meet conversion targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years of customer support experience, preferably in education or service industries
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong patience and cultural sensitivity when working with international students
  • Ability to explain complex policies and procedures clearly and compassionately
  • Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems and customer management tools
  • It helps if you have experience in higher education or admissions processes
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
