We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Research & Lead Generation Specialist who enjoys digging into data and turning information into actionable insights. In this role, you’ll conduct daily research across public records and online databases, build accurate lead profiles, and play a critical part in supporting targeted direct-mail campaigns. If you’re comfortable working independently, adapting to changing data sources, and take pride in accuracy and organization, this is a great opportunity to put your research skills to work in a meaningful, behind-the-scenes role.

 

Scope:

• With potential for scaling to two-person team based on volume
• Daily lead generation activities with consistent output requirements
• Focus on specific case types and geographic areas as determined by firm priorities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily research on arrest records and criminal case databases to identify potential leads
• Extract and compile information including names, dates of birth, and case details from online sources
• Use third-party applications and services to locate current addresses and contact information for identified leads
• Perform background searches and data enrichment to build comprehensive lead profiles
• Create and maintain daily spreadsheets with organized lead data for direct mail marketing campaigns
• Filter and categorize cases based on specific criteria and case types as directed
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness for all lead generation activities
• Adapt to changes in data source availability and modify research processes accordingly

 

Requirements:

• Strong research and data analysis skills with attention to detail
• Experience with online databases, public records searches, and data extraction
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets) for data organization
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using third-party research tools and background check services
• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality requirements
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work flexible hours outside standard US business hours
• Experience with lead generation or data entry roles preferred
