Job Description: You’ll take ownership of a multi-platform social media strategy designed to generate leads and build brand awareness for a growing insurance business. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and strategic impact—you’ll work with proven marketing materials while developing engaging campaigns that showcase community involvement and drive real business results. You’ll be the driving force behind transforming dormant social media accounts into lead-generating marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Facebook business profile, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts for maximum engagement and lead generation
  • Create and schedule compelling social media content using provided corporate marketing materials and video assets
  • Develop targeted campaigns around community events, sponsorships, and seasonal initiatives to build local brand presence
  • Integrate email marketing platform (Constant Contact) with social media strategy to create cohesive lead nurturing funnels
  • Generate qualified leads through social media channels to drive website traffic and phone inquiries for insurance quotes
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and direct messages, and convert interactions into business opportunities
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on engagement data and lead conversion rates
  • Implement review generation strategies and manage online reputation across all platforms
  • Create content featuring community partnerships and sponsorship activities to showcase local involvement
  • Execute brand awareness campaigns that educate audiences about insurance products and services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing with demonstrated lead generation results (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, and Instagram for business accounts
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact experience is a bonus)
  • Strong content creation skills for both visual and written materials
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools
  • Excellent communication skills for customer engagement and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
  • Bonus if you have experience in insurance, financial services, or professional services industries
