Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, 20 hours per week WA, AU time-zone

Role Overview
We’re looking for a part-time Web Developer / UX Specialist to support ongoing website development, funnel builds, and user experience improvements. This role requires a strong mix of technical web development skills, UX awareness, and light graphic design experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain websites and landing pages

• Build and manage funnels and automations across platforms

• Improve site usability and user experience

• Implement layout, UX, and design enhancements

• Create and update basic graphic assets as needed

• Ensure responsive design and cross-device compatibility

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and existing team members

Required Skills & Experience

• Must be proficient in:

  • WordPress

  • Webflow

  • ClickFunnels

  • HighLevel (GoHighLevel)

• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices

• Some graphic design experience (e.g. layouts, banners, simple visuals)

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing funnels and conversion optimization

• Background supporting small to mid-sized businesses

• Familiarity with maintaining brand consistency and visual standards
