We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support an established author and growing global brand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content creation, social media management, and behind-the-scenes marketing support—from podcast research to CRM automation. Scope:

  • Direct collaboration with business owner during critical launch phase

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Research and identify potential podcast guests for interview opportunities
  • Assist with podcast content management and production
  • Help with website management and updates
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, templates, and booklets
  • Support content creation and management for an established author with multiple books
  • Assist with global branding initiatives and strategy implementation
  • Manage Go High Level CRM and marketing automation tasks
  • Provide general virtual assistant support as needed

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in social media management and virtual assistance
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Experience with Go High Level CRM platform preferred
  • Strong content creation and management skills
  • Experience working with coaches, authors, or similar service-based businesses preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Understanding of digital marketing and branding principles
  • Ability to research and identify potential interview candidates
