Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible during client business hours, 9am to 1pm (Slate Lake Utah)

Responsibilities

• Call back leads immediately when they submit forms through social media advertising
• Schedule evaluation calls between prospects and the business owner by coordinating schedules
• Follow up with leads who haven’t been contacted yet or haven’t responded to initial outreach
• Re-engage with previous leads who haven’t been heard from in a while
• Follow up with signups who haven’t completed their enrollment process
• Contact people who interact with social media posts through ManyChat integration
• Answer basic pricing questions while directing sales conversations to the business owner
• Potentially assist with social media management and Facebook Business Suite analytics (bonus skill)

Requirements

• Strong phone communication skills and comfort with cold calling
• 2-5 years of experience in lead generation or appointment setting
• Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Experience with scheduling systems and calendar coordination
• Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and lead management
• Neutral accent for professional phone communication
• Experience in service-based or coaching industries preferred

Scope

• Part-time position starting at 20 hours per week minimum
• Work during client’s time zone for optimal lead response times
• Handle inbound leads generated through paid social media advertising
• Focus on appointment setting rather than closing sales
• Potential for role expansion to include social media management tasks
• Month-to-month contract structure with growth opportunities
• Work with existing admin VA as part of small remote team
