Overview
We are seeking a polished and service-driven Client Concierge & Service Fulfillment Specialist to support a premium concierge services organization serving corporate and high-end personal clients. This role delivers five-star, end-to-end service—owning each request from intake to fulfillment—while coordinating complex lifestyle, business, and travel needs. You’ll work remotely with advanced CRM systems and AI-powered tools, representing luxury brands with professionalism, warmth, and precision. This part-time role has the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Job Highlights
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Arizona Time

Responsibilities

Service Intake & Communication

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound requests via phone, email, text, or live chat across multiple branded portals
  • Manage communications, documentation, and follow-ups using Zendesk or a similar multi-brand, omni-channel CRM
  • Maintain a refined, empathetic tone consistent with five-star service standards
  • Accurately gather, clarify, and confirm all service request details
  • Provide proactive, transparent updates throughout each request’s lifecycle

Fulfillment Coordination

  • Research, source, and arrange services with precision and discretion
  • Coordinate with vetted vendors and fulfillment partners to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Follow through until completion and client satisfaction are fully confirmed
  • Uphold confidentiality and protect client and company data at all times

Core Service Areas

  • Travel & leisure planning (flights, hotels, transportation, events)
  • Lifestyle and personal services (reservations, gifting, wellness, errands)
  • Home and residential support (vendor referrals, maintenance, relocation)
  • Business support (meetings, events, research, coordination)
  • Health and wellness coordination (appointments, referrals, eldercare support)
  • Reminder and ongoing assistance services

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong background in customer service with high-touch client interaction
  • Proven proficiency with Zendesk or similar omni-channel CRM platforms
  • Excellent multitasking, research, and coordination abilities
  • Professional demeanor with sound interpersonal judgment
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and composure

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in concierge, hospitality, executive assistant, or premium customer service roles
  • Experience supporting corporate, residential, or white-label concierge programs
  • Background in luxury services, property management, or travel coordination
  • Experience managing complex, multi-step service requests independently

Professional Standards & Technology Use

  • Comfort using AI-powered tools to enhance accuracy, tone, and presentation of written communications
  • All correspondence must reflect refinement, empathy, precision, and strict confidentiality

Technical & Environmental Requirements

  • Quiet, professional home workspace suitable for phone and video communication
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Modern computer capable of efficient multitasking, research, and documentation

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are hourly and depend on performance during the application process.
