Responsibilities

Organize and prioritize email management across multiple client accounts

Complete administrative tasks using the Microsoft To Do system

Handle personal administrative tasks, including booking flights and conducting research

Create process documentation using tools such as Scribe
-
Set up and manage review systems and workflows
-
Provide support across various client projects in different industries, including NDIS/disability services
-
Manage tasks across multiple software platforms and client systems
-
Assist with general administrative duties to help free up time for revenue-generating activities
Requirements
-
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft To Do and Power BI
-
Familiarity with business systems such as Xero, Employment Hero, and Arrow Flow
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with process documentation and system setup

Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion (NDIS compliance experience preferred)

Self-directed work style with the ability to work independently

Flexibility to adapt to changing daily tasks and priorities
