Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

25 hours a week

Tuesday-Saturday 10-3 pm PST

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate real estate transactions using Skyslope system 
  • Send emails to clients and manage ongoing client communications
  • Facilitate document signing processes and form completion
  • Load listings into MLS system
  • Paragon is the MLS system. It's called paragon residential in Vancouver BC
  • Update CRM records and maintain accurate transaction documentation
  • Conduct occasional phone calls with clients when email communication isn’t sufficient
  • Manage back-and-forth communications between all parties involved in transactions

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience, preferably in real estate or related field
  • Familiarity with the Skyslope system or ability to learn quickly with training
  • Strong email communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and record management
  • Knowledge of real estate processes and transaction coordination
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Professional phone communication skills for occasional client calls
