Job Description: You’ll be the administrative backbone for a professional team that values excellence and consistency. Responsibilities:

- Complete general secretarial and administrative tasks
- Ensure daily work completion by 5-6 PM Central Time for next-day preparation
- Maintain consistent communication and availability during working hours
- Organize workflows to support smooth daily operations
- Handle multiple administrative priorities with attention to detail
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of virtual assistant or administrative experience
- Excellent English communication skills with clear speaking ability
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with backup connectivity options
- Proficiency with email management and calendar systems
- Experience with travel planning and coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
