Job Description:
You’ll play a crucial role in connecting warm prospects with life-changing financial protection in a high-performance environment that values quality conversations over quantity. This isn’t about cold calling strangers, you’ll be speaking with people who have already expressed interest, meaning your time is spent having meaningful 3-5 minute professional conversations that actually lead somewhere. You’ll join a dynamic team focused on growth and expansion, with clear potential to move from part-time to full-time as the business scales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional outbound appointment setting calls to warm leads from daily lead sheets
- Handle basic objections professionally and guide prospects toward scheduling appointments
- Maintain detailed daily logs of all outbound calls and appointment setting activities
- Schedule and organize appointments into the team calendar system
- Follow company scripts and guidelines for effective booking conversations
- Participate in product training to become familiar with life insurance offerings
- Work within optimal calling windows when prospects are most available and responsive
- Collaborate with team leads to refine approach and maximize conversion rates
Requirements:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or similar phone-based sales role
- Professional English proficiency with clear, confident communication skills
- Proven ability to handle objections professionally and persuasively
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Strong organizational skills for accurate call logging and appointment management
- Bonus if you have experience or familiarity with insurance products
- It helps if you’re comfortable with CRM systems and lead management platforms
