Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outbound cold calling to small and mid-sized business prospects
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator to identify and engage decision makers
- Perform email prospecting and follow-up campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Log all interactions and activities daily in the HubSpot CRM system
- Conduct discovery conversations with business owners, executives, and operations leaders
- Identify IT, cybersecurity, and technology pain points during prospect conversations
- Qualify prospects based on their technology needs and decision-making authority
- Schedule and book qualified discovery calls and demos with your sales team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales development or outbound sales experience
- Experience selling IT services, managed services, or cybersecurity solutions preferred
- Alternative experience in SaaS, technology products, or B2B software sales is acceptable
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with C-level executives
- Ability to work independently and manage daily activities autonomously
- Experience supporting product demos and sales presentations is a plus
Scope:
- Part-time position starting at 20 hours per week
- Transition to full-time role expected within approximately 6 months
- Focus on B2B outbound prospecting targeting small to mid-sized businesses
