Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations / Team Manager to oversee remote marketing and sales team members while supporting leadership with scheduling, reporting, and strategic coordination. This role is responsible for onboarding and training staff, tracking performance, managing calendars, and ensuring projects are completed on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and confident managing remote teams while acting as the main bridge between staff and management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee remote team members including marketing specialist and sales staff
- Conduct training sessions and onboarding for new team members
- Generate and review performance reports from team members
- Coordinate with Managing Director on business strategy and planning
- Manage calendar scheduling and administrative tasks for leadership
- Serve as primary liaison between team members and management
- Handle follow-up tasks and ensure project completion across the team
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of team management or leadership experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with remote team management
- Ability to conduct training and development programs
