Cleaning Services Admin Assistant

Schedule:

  • Part Time but has a potential to transition to full time

  • Flexible hours during clients business hours (4hrs per day), shifting including weekends

  • Client location: Vancouver, CA

 

About the client:

The client owns a professional house/office cleaning business operating in Vancouver, Canada.

 

Responsibilities

  • The primary role is to take inbound calls to book in cleaning appointments
  • Respond to email inquiries and send quotations based on services to be availed
  • Provide pricing and explain the coverage of the services offered
  • Arrange bookings
  • Send invoices
  • Tools: Excel, Google Drive, Square, Jobber, and Justcall phone system.

 

Requirements

  • Must have 2 years of experience in the cleaning services industry
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working in customer service
