Responsibilities
- Review and organize Excel spreadsheets containing names, addresses, and foreclosure dates
- Analyze foreclosure and auction timelines to identify viable leads (minimum 15-day window required)
- Input prospect information into reverse lookup systems to obtain phone numbers and email addresses
- Create clear, organized “hot lists” of qualified prospects for sales outreach
- Maintain accurate data entry and consistent organization standards across all lead-processing activities
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and basic data management
- Ability to work independently while following structured processes
- Basic understanding of date tracking and timeline calculations
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
