Real Estate Data Entry Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM PST
Total Weekly Hours: 10 Hours

 

Responsibilities

  • Review and organize Excel spreadsheets containing names, addresses, and foreclosure dates
  • Analyze foreclosure and auction timelines to identify viable leads (minimum 15-day window required)
  • Input prospect information into reverse lookup systems to obtain phone numbers and email addresses
  • Create clear, organized “hot lists” of qualified prospects for sales outreach
  • Maintain accurate data entry and consistent organization standards across all lead-processing activities

 

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and basic data management
  • Ability to work independently while following structured processes
  • Basic understanding of date tracking and timeline calculations
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer

 

Scope

  • Start with a 10-hour per week trial period
