Job Description: You’ll be the creative force behind establishing a compelling social media presence while directly contributing to business growth through strategic outreach. This unique hybrid role combines content creation with business development, giving you ownership over the entire customer journey from initial content engagement to qualified lead generation. You’ll work closely with leadership to build brand credibility and drive recruitment efforts in a fast-paced startup environment where your contributions make an immediate, measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging social media content from scratch using AI tools and provided brand guidelines
- Post consistently across platforms with initial target of 3 posts daily to establish page credibility
- Conduct strategic Instagram DM outreach to 50-80 prospects daily using proven scripts
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and nurturing conversations
- Schedule and coordinate phone calls/meetings with qualified prospects from outreach efforts
- Upload video content and manage features on company app platform through admin access
- Assign and maintain daily motivational quotes through web-based admin system
- Provide daily performance reports covering posting metrics, engagement data, and outreach results
- Support general business operations with virtual assistant tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience with social media content creation and platform management
- Strong Instagram expertise including DM strategies and engagement best practices
- Excellent written communication skills for authentic prospect conversations
- Experience with appointment setting and lead qualification processes
- Basic technical skills for content uploading and web platform management
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and follow structured processes
- Bonus if you have experience with AI content creation tools
- It helps if you’re familiar with recruitment or sales processes
