Job Description:

You’ll be the engine driving new business growth for a web hosting company that’s serious about scaling fast. This isn’t just lead generation – you’ll own the entire front-end sales process and have a clear path to grow into full-cycle sales and account management. You’ll work directly with the CEO during your transition period, gathering valuable closing insights that will set you up for long-term success as the business scales.

 

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calling
• Qualify inbound and outbound prospects to ensure they meet company criteria
• Book and schedule 5-10 qualified appointment calls per week for the CEO
• Set up meetings and coordinate comprehensive follow-up activities
• Maintain lead tracking systems and pipeline management
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to gather closing data and refine sales processes
• Scale lead generation activities to support aggressive growth targets

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
• Strong communication skills with clear English proficiency (serving the Canadian market)
• Experience with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Experience with CRM and lead management tools
