Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Admin Support Assistant to join a growing development firm serving clients across various technical projects.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for potential clients while supporting marketing campaigns and administrative operations that drive business growth. You’ll work directly with leadership, gain hands-on experience with modern marketing tools, and play a key role in scaling client engagement processes.

Job Highlights
Monthly Rate: USD 990
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 35 hours (with potential to extend to 40 hours)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
Optional: Additional weekend hours available for candidates open to extending to 40 hours
Work Arrangement: Remote / Work from Home

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for leads from Meta advertising campaigns and DM responses
- Conduct manual booking for podcast episodes and manage follow-ups with potential guests
- Manage outbound marketing campaigns using tools like Instantly AI
- Pre-qualify leads using sound business judgment and schedule calls with the sales team or decision-makers
- Maintain a clean CRM pipeline in Udo with accurate lead lifecycle tracking
- Make voice-only phone calls to leads for follow-ups and engagement
- Perform light administrative tasks, including Jira ticket creation and timesheet entry
- Provide weekend on-call support for quick lead responses (2–3 minute tasks, if open to it)
- Coordinate with the podcast host (VP) and manage lead communications across multiple channels
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency
- Highly detail-oriented and meticulous in data entry and communications
- Strong common sense for lead qualification and identifying serious business prospects
- Fast learner with an autonomous work style and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with voice-only phone calls and client interaction
- Available for flexible scheduling, including optional weekend on-call work
Bonus / Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing tools, or lead generation
- Bilingual (French is a plus but not required)
