Payments & Client Services Specialist (Spanish Bilingual)

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Payments & Client Services Specialist to support payment collections, data entry, and client communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling financial transactions and client follow-ups in a legal environment.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (La Grange Park, Illinois Time)

Key Responsibilities

Payment Collection

  • Collect client payments via Zelle or credit card (QR code on invoices)
  • Monitor and confirm receipt of payments
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances in a professional manner

Data Entry & Record Management

  • Accurately enter payment and client information into internal systems
  • Maintain organized digital records of transactions and agreements
  • Assist with tracking and reporting as needed

Client Communication & Agreements

  • Send out attorney-client agreements to new and existing clients
  • Follow up to ensure agreements are signed and returned
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English and Spanish via phone and email

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
  • Experience with payment processing or collections
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Professional phone and email communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
