Junior Full-Stack Developer
Job Overview
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to join a small, fast-moving team. Ideal for someone who enjoys working in founder-led environments and building with clarity and precision.
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours a week), with one hour of unpaid break
- Must overlap at least 2 hours/day, 5 days/week with 9 AM – 6 PM Los Angeles time

Key Responsibilities
- Build & Maintain: Develop and deploy serverless services on Google Cloud Platform.
- Integrate Systems: Connect internal tools with external platforms (like HubSpot) via APIs.
- Execute with Precision: Follow defined architecture and deliver clean, production-ready code.
- Problem Solve: Proactively ask focused questions to clarify requirements before building.
- Work on whatever development project the client could have
- Work on various development projects as assigned by the client, based on evolving business needs and priorities.
Technical Requirements
- Backend: Node.js (Core)
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Cloud (GCP): Cloud Run and API Gateway (Required)
- Integrations: REST APIs and Webhooks
- Pluses: HubSpot CRM/CMS APIs, Firestore, Pub/Sub, and Python
Nice to Have
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
