You’ll be the crucial bridge between qualified prospects and life-changing business solutions, working directly with warm leads who have already expressed interest in marketing services. This role puts you at the center of helping busy small business owners recognize the revenue they’re leaving on the table by not having proper marketing systems in place. You’ll work with a consultant who has a proven high close rate with qualified prospects, meaning your appointment-setting efforts directly translate to closed deals and business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual outreach to qualified prospects from an existing email list of 1,000+ pre-qualified leads
- Engage with small business owners via email to schedule consultation appointments
- Follow up persistently with busy prospects who are putting off their marketing needs
- Help prospects understand the urgency and value of addressing their marketing system gaps
- Schedule qualified appointments for the marketing consultant to close deals
- Maintain organized tracking of outreach efforts and appointment scheduling
- Potentially expand to phone-based outreach as contact information becomes available
Requirements:
- Experience with email outreach and appointment setting
- Experience in Go High Level CRM would be an asset
- Strong written communication skills for email engagement
- Persistence and follow-up skills for busy business owner prospects
- Understanding of small business challenges and marketing needs
- Ability to work independently and manage outreach campaigns
- Bonus if you’re comfortable working with email lists and CRM systems
- It helps if you have professional communication style appropriate for B2B outreach
