Our client is looking for a Presentation Specialist who does more than just design slides—you are an architect of persuasive pitch narratives. You will transform pre-developed strategy and content into high-impact, agency-quality pitch decks. Your responsibility is to structure, visualize, and refine material, applying light editing to enhance clarity, cohesion, and flow. You will collaborate closely with C-level executives and creative leaders across three continents in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment where your craftsmanship directly influences multi-million-dollar contracts.

Client Overview

A 50+ year global toy and collectibles company that produces billions of toys annually for world-renowned brands, including major fast-food chains, entertainment studios, and global retailers. The company operates 12–18 months ahead on highly confidential projects that shape international toy campaigns and strategic brand partnerships.

• Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Sydney Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Pitch Deck Construction: Build compelling decks primarily in PowerPoint using supplied strategy and creative inputs, focusing on persuasive pacing and storytelling.
• Visual Narrative Transformation: Transform written briefs into cohesive, logically sequenced visual narratives and clean diagrams (process flows, timelines, frameworks).
• Design & Layout: Create charts, tables, and layouts that enhance executive readability while applying advanced typography and visual hierarchy principles.
• Template Maintenance: Build and maintain reusable slide masters, icon styles, and internal design systems.
• Technical Hygiene: Ensure decks are "production-clean" with consistent formatting, proper grid alignment, embedded fonts, and optimized image compression.
• Collaboration: Partner live with leadership during intensive revision cycles under tight deadlines (4–5 days from brief to pitch).
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict security across highly sensitive global brand projects.

Requirements

• Advanced PowerPoint Expertise: Expert-level command of slide masters, template architecture, and clean, editable file construction.
• Pitch Craft: Experience building high-stakes pitch decks in an agency or corporate strategy environment.
• Visual Systems: Proven ability to translate complex ideas into simple diagrams and visual frameworks.
• Portfolio (Mandatory): Submission of 3–5 pitch decks built end-to-end (before-and-after examples strongly preferred).
• Communication: Strong English communication skills for real-time collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Slide Test: Ability to complete a short slide test (5–8 slides) to assess speed, craft, and structural thinking.
• Agency Background: Experience in creative or brand agency environments is a significant bonus.
• Design Tools: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or AI design tools is preferred.
• Attributes: Detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, and comfortable with intensive work during pitch weeks.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
