The client is a real estate investment and sales team based in Virginia. Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 03:00 PM – 07:00 PM Virginia, EST (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to Virginia homeowners to identify potential sellers.
  • Consultative Sales: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations about their property and selling goals.
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule listing appointments for the local real estate sales team.
  • Technology Utilization: Operate multi-line dialer technology (Prospect Boss) for efficient call management and high-volume outreach.
  • Script Adherence: Follow proven sales scripts while remaining adaptable to build genuine rapport with prospects.
  • Data Management: Maintain precise records of all interactions and appointment outcomes in the CRM.
  • Performance Targets: Consistently achieve the minimum target of one qualified appointment per day.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous inside sales or cold calling experience is required (Real Estate experience is a significant advantage).
  • Communication: Strong verbal skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive phone presence.
  • Resilience: A persistent mindset and the ability to handle objections effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Technical Setup: Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for making calls.
  • Self-Management: Highly motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with dialer systems (like Prospect Boss) and CRM platforms is a plus.
