This individual will handle incoming calls, conduct intake interviews, take clear and accurate notes, and ensure that client information is properly recorded for our attorneys and staff.

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Conduct client intake calls following firm guidelines
- Document and input all client information accurately into our system
- Take detailed notes and summarize client needs for attorney review
- Provide excellent customer service while showing empathy and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with care
Qualifications:
- Clear, professional, and minimal accent phone communication skills
- MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
- Strong listening and note-taking abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or legal intake preferred but not required
- Comfortable handling high call volume and multitasking
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools)
- Ability to maintain professionalism in sensitive or emotional conversations
- Experience working with veterans, service members, or in a legal/medical setting
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
