Job Overview
This is a part-time role focused on managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Facebook and Instagram ads, lead generation campaigns, and creating high-converting ad content. This role offers an opportunity to work directly with the business owner and contribute to significant business growth in the automotive detailing industry.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 20 hours per week, AEDT

Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation through Facebook and Instagram platforms.
- Create and implement lead form campaigns to capture customer information and generate qualified sales leads.
- Design, test, and refine ad creatives including copy, images, and video content to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and make strategic adjustments to improve return on ad spend.
- Manage social media content posting and engagement across Facebook and Instagram to build brand presence and follower base.
- Provide guidance and training to the business owner on best practices for Meta advertising and social media marketing.
- Edit video content for use in social media posts and advertising campaigns.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns with demonstrated results in lead generation.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, campaign structure, audience targeting, and lead form setup.
- Ability to create and optimize ad content including copywriting and basic graphic design.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during Australian business hours.
Nice-To-Have Requirements
- Experience working with automotive, detailing, or service-based businesses.
- Video editing skills for creating social media content.
- Knowledge of Instagram marketing and content strategy.
- Familiarity with TikTok advertising and content creation.
