Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, email correspondence, and scheduling of meetings
- Conduct outreach calls and communicate directly with clients and stakeholders
- Take meeting minutes and distribute communications on behalf of executives
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operational coordination
- Handle administrative tasks related to government contracts, certifications, and licensing documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with strong administrative skills
- Excellent English communication skills for professional phone conversations and client interaction
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connection and equipment
Qualifications / Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with government contracts, certifications, or licensing processes
- APMP certification or familiarity with proposal management
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
