Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support with client-facing responsibilities for a growing government contracting company.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple executive-level tasks independently. The Executive Assistant will work directly with leadership and government-related teams, handling sensitive documentation and client interactions.

The client is a rapidly growing company specializing in government contracting and administrative services.They operate a remote team and are expanding administrative operations to support continued growth.

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM US Eastern Time

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, email correspondence, and scheduling of meetings
  • Conduct outreach calls and communicate directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute communications on behalf of executives
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operational coordination
  • Handle administrative tasks related to government contracts, certifications, and licensing documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with strong administrative skills
  • Excellent English communication skills for professional phone conversations and client interaction
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connection and equipment

Qualifications / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with government contracts, certifications, or licensing processes
  • APMP certification or familiarity with proposal management
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
