Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Documentation & Records: Organize and manage critical government documents and contracts; maintain detailed record-keeping systems and documentation workflows.
- Compliance Support: Support regulatory compliance initiatives; review and process contracts to ensure they meet strict government requirements.
- Research & Data: Perform accurate data entry and comprehensive research for specialized government projects.
- Certification Assistance: Support the acquisition process for certifications and licensing required for government contracting.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with team members on specific project deliverables and handle sensitive information following strict confidentiality protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry, research, and document management.
- Strong ability to work with government-specific documents, contracts, and compliance materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-level accuracy.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote, Eastern Time-aligned environment.
- Strong organizational skills and professional communication for effective team coordination.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with government compliance or regulatory work (Highly Regarded).
- APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification or similar government contracting credentials (Preferred).
- Familiarity with government procurement portals or licensing systems (Preferred).

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
