Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Own the success of a large portfolio of marketing clients (100+ accounts) by developing a one-to-many engagement strategy to retain and grow revenue.
- Own the digital strategy end to end, blending personalization with scalability to make sure low-touch customers feel supported and equipped to be successful on our platform.
- Map the digital customer journey, including key milestones and desired outcomes, and develop a plan for how to deploy targeted, repeatable, and scalable automation throughout (e.g., playbooks, processes, email campaigns, etc).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and resolution of customer issues for assigned client portfolio.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate clients on product features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Work closely with the sales team to prioritize and escalate high growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable with self-directed work in a startup environment
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and data analysis (including pivot tables)
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive initiative
- Ability to learn new software and platforms quickly
Qualifications
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (Preferred)
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools (Preferred)

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
