Job Overview
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for an established beauty business that’s ready to scale. This isn’t just about booking appointments – you’ll be the voice that converts leads into loyal customers while reactivating thousands of past clients. Your communication skills and sales expertise will directly impact a business that processes hundreds of bookings monthly and has built a substantial client base over nearly a decade.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:
- Convert leads from advertising campaigns, landing pages, and social media into confirmed bookings through personalized conversations
- Reactivate and re-engage a database of 3,000-4,000 past clients who haven’t visited recently
- Conduct strategic outreach to understand why clients stopped visiting and encourage rebookings
- Upsell nail services by explaining value differences and converting basic requests into premium appointments
- Process new leads through targeted advertising funnels using code words and contact capture systems
- Book appointments using Fresha booking system and manage deposit collection (50% upfront)
- Follow up with clients who received automatic reminders but didn’t respond with personalized engagement
- Increase customer lifetime value through relationship building and strategic communication
- Work closely with advertising specialist to optimize the entire lead-to-booking conversion funnel
- Track and report on conversion metrics to justify commission earnings based on successful appointments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer conversion roles
- Strong communication skills with clear, professional phone manner suitable for beauty industry clients
- Experience working with Australian clients and understanding Australian business culture and communication style
- Familiarity with booking systems and CRM platforms (Fresha experience is a bonus)
- Sales experience with demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell services effectively
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending personalized messages to prospects and past clients
- Bonus if you have experience in the beauty, wellness, or service industry
- It helps if you understand customer retention strategies and relationship building techniques
