Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in expanding a successful brand’s affiliate and influencer network through strategic Instagram outreach. This isn’t just cold messaging – you’ll be building valuable partnerships with health coaches, nutritionists, and wellness influencers who genuinely align with the brand’s mission. You’ll own the entire outreach process from initial contact to partnership categorization, with clear progression toward independent lead identification and strategy development.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted Instagram DM outreach to health coaches, nutritionists, and wellness professionals for affiliate partnerships
  • Manage three distinct prospect categories: affiliate partners (revenue share), gift collaborations (product exchanges), and paid collaboration opportunities
  • Handle back-and-forth communications with prospects throughout the partnership development process
  • Track and organize all prospect interactions and outcomes in Excel spreadsheets with detailed logging
  • Progress from working with provided prospect lists to independently identifying high-potential collaboration opportunities
  • Flag and capitalize on engagement opportunities from new followers and brand interactions
  • Apply strategic thinking to identify prospects most likely to convert to successful long-term partnerships
  • Focus affiliate recruitment efforts on credentialed professionals with established client bases

Requirements:

  • Strong written English communication skills for professional Instagram outreach and relationship building
  • Experience with Instagram and social media platforms, particularly DM-based outreach
  • Proficiency in Excel for detailed data tracking and prospect organization
  • Lead generation or outreach experience preferred, especially in influencer or affiliate marketing
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing models and influencer collaboration structures
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes and scripts
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills for managing multiple prospect lists
  • Bonus if you have experience in health, wellness, or nutrition industries
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Instagram analytics and engagement metrics
